The top 5 reasons for participating in case review process:
5. Case review is an opportunity to cross-train agency members and heighten awareness of roles, responsibilities, mandates, and limitations.
4. Meetings serve as forum for critical problem solving, and help identify gaps and duplication of services.
3. Each team member and agency has an opportunity to demonstrate their competence.
2. Case review is an opportunity to reduce and/or prevent burnout. WE SHARE THE LOAD!
